"Andrew go to college?... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

This is Eryn famous quote this week. I've heard it a LOT. She realized that she's not going to go swimming with Andrew, to play on the slides at the park, or kill Nazi Zombies on the XBox with him either. This summer has really been her bonding time with him and there's no way to sugar coat it... she's really sad!

She's been trying to convince me that I'm wrong and that Andrew's not leaving. "James go to college? Josh go to college? Grandma go to college?" Yep, she's ready to trade all of you so that Andrew can stay! Nah, I think that she's worried that EVERYBODY is leaving for college now.

I guess he has to go... I have loose my babysitter to Sam and Chelsie! You guys had better give him lots of Peanut M&M's. Every now and then you can even bring him back down here for a visit with you!

We're having a hard time letting Andrew go, but I'm sure that it's easier on us than it is on his Mommy! Bye Andrew, have fun and BE GOOD!

Seriously though, this is hard for her. Hopefully it will prepare her to say goodbye to him for a much longer time when his mission comes around next year.
