The Reception

The reception! Yes, the third and final installment in this marathon of wedding posts. The reception was at Suzie's brother's house in their backyard. It was set up so that the kids could play and the adults could just hang out. That's what we did. We all just sort of hung out for a few hours and ate veggies, fruits, and my favorite... CAKE!

The cake was sure pretty, but it lacked in the awesomeness that a Costco cake has!

Uncle D was smart and changed clothes before he came to the reception.

Lots of baby holding and feeding occurred at the reception. Grandma's arms got so tired from holding babies, but she wasn't going to give them up!

He knew I was taking his picture and still made that face!

Grandma was really lovin' having all of the babies around. Brooke was at her happiest with Grandma and without the bow on her head!

The reception went well overall. My only issue was that we came dressed up for pictures that didn't happen. Suzie's family all pretty much changed into comfortable clothes and could relax a little. I'm just bitter because I was in a shirt for more than my allotted 4 hours. It really wasn't that bad though. We just look that much better in our pictures because we all still coordinated!
