Memorial Day BBQ

I didn't take as many pictures as I thought I would, but I was pretty busy enjoying the food! We had our BBQ at Sarah & Chance's house this year. It went well and there was a Frisbee game later on in the day after the park dried out a little.

Grandpa was busy trying to put Chance's new grill together! Mike was busy supervising and Sam was coming up with creative ideas for how he thought it went together. It was finally put together so I am pretty sure that someone read some instructions or at least looked at the pictures!

Eryn liked the horses in their backyard!

They came right up to the fence and Eryn and Allie both had fun trying to pet them and rub their noses through the fence.

After we ate mass amounts of burgers, hot dogs, chips, potato salad, Heaven in a Bowl, and a very tasty ice cream cake (for Chelsie's birthday) we all sat around like slugs and worked on our tans. Then, the pool party at the hotel started!

Chelsie took pictures there so she'll have to be responsible for posting those! Eryn had fun jumping into the pool a number of times and Mike has fun trying to keep her head above water. Allie splashed around in her floaty and everyone had a good time playing their parts as the dutiful Uncles and Aunt to watch the little girls in the big pool.
