Our family was sure busy for General Conference weekend. It was nice to have Andrew over for a little while and to get his graduation announcements taken care of. (Yet another announcement of accomplishment for a member of our family that I had the pleasure of taking the pictures for! Hehe...)
Eryn's birthday went well. There will be pictures on our blog for it whenever I get around to it today.
Saturday's family dinner at our house went well. Mike's all ready requesting more pork ribs and rice! Thanks to Andrew and Grandpa taking some home there really weren't too many leftovers. The cake is down to 1 piece that will be eaten before Mike returns home from work tonight.
Sunday's dinner at the Parent's was ok too! We all fit around one table! Sometimes it is good to be fewer in numbers. I broke yet another dinning room chair as I nearly fell out of it while laughing at Andrew singing along with Taylor Swift. The best was that his singing was exceptionally horrible (intentionally he claims) and he was getting ready to go to church choir practice! Only Andrew...
We had cake for James and it took him 3 blows to get the meager 11 candles blown out! So, Chance and I started playing with the lighter and that made Grandma really mad! BUT, Chance can make awesome fire balls in his hands and can, "do magic tricks." It was way entertaining!
Good times all around. Thanks to everyone for phone calls, cards, gifts, and helping me not eat all of the cake myself! Hmmm... I forgot my camera so there are no pictures. Sorry! -VAL

ha ha did you get video to post on YouTube? I really would love to see that:)
We should get a video recorder so that we can be instant YouTube stars! Right now I am lusting after a 26 megapixel (yes, 26!) camera that also shoots HD video. It's waaaaaaay out of my price range, but a girl can dream, right? -VAL
