Chicken Pitas

So, yet again I discovered a tasty low cost meal and thought to share it with everyone! This time around it is Chicken Pitas. Sounds simple and some of you have probably had them in the past, but I'd never had one at home before.

2 chicken breasts
4 flat bread pitas (Like $2 at Costco for a big bunch of these!)
1 bag of salad (the tender garden is the greenest, but they all work)
some cheese and various dressings

makes 4 pitas

Just grill up the chicken, cut it up into small pieces, and throw it all together! It really can't be easier!

Mike thought it would taste good with some Caesar Salad dressing, but we didn't have any. Sour cream was good on it and that seemed to go a long way. I really piled it up with a lot of lettuce and that was a good way for me to choke down a bunch of veggies all at once. I had some leftovers for lunch today and those were a good next day meal too!
